These classes combine Functional Range Conditioning (F.R.C.) and yoga poses to create a unique, ever evolving, intelligent movement class for everyone. Expect playful movement and unusual props like Jenga blocks and tennis balls. The class is fun (top ‘bants’) and challenging with a balance of practices that focus on your awareness of what happening to both the outside and inside of your body. You will be worked hard but classes always end in shavasana enabling deep relaxation.

As with all our sessions, the instructor can lend you a mat if you need one at first but please do bring a mat if you already have one. Make sure that you fill out the health screening form before your first class.
How to book
We have two easy ways of joining our classes so that there’s something for everyone.
OPTION ONE: You can either book per class, paying £7.50 per single session. Pay online and in advance by clicking here.
OPTION TWO: You can choose a monthly subscription. All subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, there is no joining fee and no long term contract. Click here to sign up.
All classes must be booked and paid for in advance, either using a class credit included in your subscription, or paying £7.50 in advance. Class credits are allocated to your account if you cancel more than one hour prior to the start of class.
We do not accept cash and money is not taken at any of our venues.
