What is Tai Chi?

Tai Chi is a simple, easy to follow form of exercise that everyone can take part in. Tai Chi’s gentle flowing movements and gestures are learned through repetition, easy instructions from the teacher and by breaking the moves down into small components.

What are the benefits fo Tai Chi?

Numerous studies have shown that Tai Chi improves muscular strength, flexibility, fitness, improves immunity, relieves pain and improves quality of life.

How to book

We have two easy ways of joining our classes so that there’s something for everyone.

You can either book per class, paying £7.50 per single session. Pay online and in advance by clicking here.

You can choose a monthly subscription. All subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, there is no joining fee and no long term contract. Click here to sign up.

All classes must be booked and paid for in advance, either using a class credit included in your subscription, or paying £7.50 in advance. Class credits are allocated to your account if you cancel more than one hour prior to the start of class.
We do not accept cash and money is not taken at any of our venues.

Classes can be booked up to 6 weeks in advance.
